The story of Xterior PRO Roofing & Siding, LLC is a saga of the American Dream. In a nation with a long history of immigrants seeking to better their lives, David Lema’s story shows the success that can be achieved with hard work in the land of boundless opportunity.

“I came to this country when I was only ten years old. My father was a builder, and I started in the construction industry at a very young age. I fell in love with the roofing industry in high school. After college I began working as a subcontractor for local, well known roofing companies. In 2018 I officially founded Xterior PRO Roofing & Siding, LLC.”

Owner, David Lema, has been in the roofing industry since high school. He got his start in the industry working part-time for his uncle. Upon graduation he went to college, where he pursued a business degree.

David continued making a living by working with roofing companies while attending college. He focused on learning all of the skills necessary to be a professional installer and customer advocate during this time.

After finishing college, he got hired on as a technician at one of the area’s largest roofing companies. His outstanding performance in this role resulted in a promotion, and he eventually ended up in management.

In 2018, having developed significant on-the-job experience and having completed a college education focused on business management, Xterior Pro was born.

Xterior Pro Roofing & Siding, LLC was officially founded in 2018. Since then, our outstanding craftsmanship and dedication to customer satisfaction has allowed us to grow at a steady rate. Across sites like Home Advisor, Angie’s List, Google, and more, we’ve accumulated over 200 reviews and a 4.9 star rating. Hey… nobody’s perfect.

Today, after spending his entire life focused on the construction industry and over 10 years as a successful, professional installer he is focused on growing his own company to be the premier roofing and siding contractor in Orange County, NY.
